The Postal Service wants managers to remember the organization provides round-the-clock sign language interpreting accommodations for employees who are deaf or hard of hearing.Formats include video remote interpreting, or VRI, which uses video conferencing equipment, and video relay services, or VRS, a telecommunications relay service using videophone technology.
