USPS: FSA enrollment deadline is Jan. 11

FSAs allow employees to set aside pre-tax money to cover some health care costs.

USPS is reminding employees that the flexible spending account (FSA) enrollment period ends Jan. 11.

The Postal Service recently mailed a postcard to employees highlighting the upcoming FSA deadline.

FSAs allow employees to set aside as much as $2,600 before taxes to cover eligible medical, pharmacy, dental and vision expenses offered by a health maintenance organization or fee-for-service plan each year.

Additional information is available on the FSA enrollment page or by calling 877-FSAFEDS (372-3337).
