FYI – As an update, ballots for ratification will be mailed to members and non- members this week and are due to be received by AAA, no later than 9:00am EST on February 23, 2022 and counting will begin on that day. Arrangements are being made to possibly livestream the counting process and I will keep you posted.Attached, please find letters from President Dimondstein that will be inserted with ballots for members and ballots for non-members. I am also attaching the Tentative Agreement Summary that will be enclosed in the mailing and the envelope that will be used for the mailing.
We encourage members to vote to approve the agreement, but most importantly, we urge them to vote, as this presents a significant opportunity to have their voices heard.
On behalf of APWU, if you and your members have taken a position on supporting the tentative agreement and have issued statements, newsletters, or flyers and would like to submit them for possible APWU publication, along with any “thumbs up” pictures you/members may have taken, please e-mail them to NCCC@apwu.org as soon as possible, but no later than Friday, February 4, 2022.
